Project Kid ships worldwide.

All items are shipped through United States Postal Service or Fedex.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS – Orders are shipped to the address you request upon time of checkout. Please, change your “Ship to” address at this time.

TRACKING NOTIFICATION – All customers will receive an email when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided in that email.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS – Shipping usually takes 3-5 BUSINESS days from time of being dropped off at the post office to arrive anywhere in the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – International orders delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping overseas through customs can delay your packages up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Sometimes your country will charge a customs fee. We are not responsible for any additional delays, or customs charges that may be incurred do to your country’s customs.

DISCLAIMER – These times are only an estimate and may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us before purchasing if you need your item by a specific deadline and we will verify the shipment time. We are not responsible and will not be held liable for any delays once we have dropped your item off at the post office. We are not responsible for items after they are marked delivered via the shipping tracking verification. This includes but not limited to packages not being received due to incorrect addresses, no mail receptacle, or ‘lost’ mail. If we receive an item back we will reship the item at the buyers expense (original shipping cost).

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase to arrange an exchange or refund. A refund minus the shipping cost will be given once the item is received in its original condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
