SHIPPING POLICY

All orders Monday-Thursday will go out within 24 hours. Expedited shipping and international shipping are available.

 

REFUND PROCESS

Did you change your mind? Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3 to 5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

USPS / UPS PROBLEMS

Can’t find your package or USPS/UPS has not delivered on time? Please contact USPS or UPS right away. Most issues can be fixed directly with the postal service. Once your package is in USPS or UPS hands, it’s out of our control!
